Won this plant as a door prize at our meeting in March 2015. It was a sad looking little thing, and I thot it would probably wouldn't make.
It proved me wrong.

I agree. Caudata has much longer petals.

I don't know anything about Brassia's, and the person I got it from probably wouldn't know either. So it is probably an intergenric?

I'm nearly certain it's a Brassia species or possibly a hybrid, definitely not an intergeneric. I can't say I'm familiar enough with all the species to positively id it, but it does look similar to arachnoidea, though there are several smaller flowered species without the classic long-legged petals.
