So what happened? Did that beauty win any awards at judging? Was it
ooooo'ed and aaaahhh'ed a lot? Is everyone home safe and sound? The
weather reports up your way looked terrible.

No show photos from me, Eric. Maybe Dot? No helpers this weekend, so it was pretty hectic setting up and selling by myself. Not sure what happened with awards, because I wasn't able to judge on Saturday. Since the Fritz Schomburg was a first bloom seedling, the size wasn't what it will be on future bloomings and there was one small color break on one petal, so I guess it wasn't awardable.
The ride home was ok until I entered Indiana from Michigan and the snow began. Had to slow down quite a bit, but made it safely home.......

Very glad you're home safe and looking forward to next year. I didn't see
any color break! If your orchid business is like my nursery business, we
just hope to break even on shows we attend. Profit would be nice and a
few new customers too.
