Extremely rare species, amazing, incredible mini. One of my favorite plants. Flower 3 x the size of the plant. 6 bulb lead division, $40 shipped. PM if interested.

Candace, it does fine intermediate and a wide range of temps. I grow divisions at I/W temps and I/C temps.

Does this one grow very fast for you, Chris? Mine grows well, but nowhere near some of my similar Bulbos.

BTW, for anyone who was contemplating getting this one, get it. You won't be disappointed. It's small enough to fit in anyone's collection, and the flowers are impressive. Not to mention, Chris grows really nice plants.

Chris: you mentioned to me that it likes bright light. Do you mean "Cattleya bright" or less than that? I think I've got a great spot, but want to make sure where I'm thinking of will work.

No problem. Temps are upper 70s/low 80s in the day, mid to low 70s at night in summer, 5-10 degrees lower the rest of the year. Mine's mounted on a piece of cork with live moss, high humidity, and daily or every other day water, about 6 inches below two T5HO.

Zach, sounds like temps are good and watering are good. Maybe not enough light? My plant is under 6 x 39 watt T5HO.

Maybe I'll try raising it up a little in the tank. I've bloomed B. minutulum, potamophilum, longicaudatum, denophyllum and dischorense at the same height or lower in the tank to give you an idea.

It could be that I'm just impatient too.

I'll try to be a little patient, then. It probably just needs to establish a little more.
