I see this flower for the very first time flowering in a private collection. She's a pretty one .... lots of frilled edges everywhere. Congrats Istvan. 👍

This is one I remember seeing posts about being newly discovered. Hope to find one someday myself in the states. Until then it's lovely seeing people share these blooms. The striping on the petal is striking as is the excessive frilling. :)

I'll be getting one soon. How does it like the Media to be? Constantly wet or likes to dry out? What about the pH it prefers? Any additional Calcium Requirement? Kindly add any specific info you have found out growing this pretty newly discovered species. Many thanks.

I grow them in rockwool, i feed them with foliar, 1400 uS, 20/20/20 nkp+TE+9CaO+3MgO, pH between 5,8-6,2, twice per week. Waterings with pure rain water, but very rarely, just when I fell the pot very easy, almost dry. ( rockwool can store many water!!) I have 4 plants, 3 are in bud.IMG_20241026_090505_edit_728083053308243.jpgIMG_20241026_090622_edit_728093651836936.jpgIMG_20241026_090735_edit_728105471807321.jpgIMG_20241026_090558_edit_728124667594476.jpg

Thank you for your reply. Do you happen to grow P. lunatum too? That's also something I'm going to get soon.
