This is the only one of my catasetum group hybrids which blooms so early. Most bloom in Nov/Dec. This one usually blooms about three times every year. Right now, two inflorescences open, with a third one halfway up. Incredibly fragrant, deep yellow flowers over 4" across. Got this in a trade from Ed Merkle about 15 years ago.
