I did not measure it, unfortunately. As I remember the substance was good, not thin or translucent at all. Next bloom, I will keep better records.How is the substance on yours Deb? It looks heavier than Terry's. And about how big is yours, more percivalliana size?

Oooh, I like that since I have one of those ‘Cashen’s’ x self colchicine treated progeny, yet to bloom.Beautiful flowers, and thanks for all the information! Interesting variation in these two, I definitely see a lot of percivaliana in SB's, especially with the exposed column. The second one could be a dead-ringer for some of the colchicine treated C. trianae 'Cashens' FCC/AOS x self progeny.
