I think that is about the lightest colored yellow streak I've ever seen on one of those. Interesting. Reminds me of a lighter variant of the La Pedrena. It is like the upland or lowland types?
 
Very nice.. If I am not mistaken, 'Hector' is one of the lowland-type (tall-cane) maximas, and one of the few clones that can flower reliably under tropical lowland conditions. The tipo and semi-alba types found here do not bloom reliably.
