Another year on and another increase in pseudobulb size and flower quality. Those petals are huge! There are even some slight flares. I love it.

Fantastic petals. I always wonder whether every trianae has the potential for 3 flowers and what it would take to get there. So many seem to only get 1 or 2.

Maybe the reason that trianae produces the fullest blooms is because it has fewer flowers. I’m sure somewhere there are three flowered trianae but almost definitely they won’t have this shape.

thanx for that... and its also my experience... since we don't get to see each others plants in person, seeing that perspective is huge for me... i've given away a bunch of trianae seedlings just because they weren't as flat as i would like... so i've just decided i probably don;t care to grow it... seeing yours , maybe i'll reconsider that 'condemnation'
