A nice surprise with an AM of 80 points from the AOS at the Toronto SOOS show today.

With very intense large flares (and pincelada on some of the petals), the flowers (4 of them) made a very bold statement of ‘Look at Me!’ ☺️.

A division from the esteem Francisco Villegas of Colombia, grown beautifully by DavidB.

I will breed it with a trianae coerulea flamea most likely.

Though smaller than the award average (11.5 cm vs 14 cm), the intensity of the markings really contribute to the scores. Will get bigger when plant is more established.
