Originally from Brazil, I got this from a collector in Japan. Very good stance with a dark magenta lip margin around the column (thus the orlata designation). Fragrant. NS 14.5 cm.

Grown beautifully by DavidB. We will self pollinate it.

Was passed at judging today due to low number of flowers. Next time!
 
An absolute beauty! Looks like the plant is very compact and the flowers have a deep yellow orange throat! I hope mine will grow up and flower in 5 to 7 years.
