One of my favorite plants. It's now on the 9th flower on the spike, and 10 and 11 are developing. I have several different chamberlainianum - this one is the miniature version (well, that is what I call it!).

Nice balance to the segments. I can see why that would be a favourite. It is hard not to like a plant that is nearly always in bloom.

Very pretty flower and thanks for including the spike and bracts in the shot, I love the bloom habit of this group. Is it miniature vegetatively, how does the leaf span compare to the standard type?

This one is 8.8" from end to end on the plant. The distance between bracts is between 3-4mm.

I have another sibling in bloom also (2nd flower on the spike) that is 6.9" end to end.

My other chambers are 3x larger.

What a beauty! I love how compact the spike is...sometimes they get a little out of hand! Lol
