Christmas Phrags.

This is Phrag. schlimii fma. manzurii (Eastern Cordillera) same population where the albiflorum clone was found.

This is Phrag schlimii (pale form from Central Cordillera). The ones from this population are very vigorous and with narrow leaves.

Phrag. anguloi. This belongs to a "hystorical" population... one plant was collected by Hopp in September 1922 but the specimen was destroyed during the WWII before being studied. Otherwise this species would be Phrag. hoppii now.

Yes. Please note that the Fma.manzurii is the first picture. You can read the Braem & Teson article. The staminode shape is stonlgly variable in shape and it should not be used as det. character. I will give a talk in the WOC in Guayaquil about this topic. I am prepairing lots of pictures and examples from very well documented populations.
