Here are some old complex Paphs I got three days ago as a belated christmas gift by myself. I'm quite happy with these, especially because most Paphs of this nursery are still gone. They are producing seasonal plants now. They purchased their Paphiopedilums in the '60th, '70th and '80th from McLellans Co. and others for producing cut flowers.

Great group of wonderful old hybrids. For almost 30 years I have been wanting to add Paph. Aragon to my collection, but so far have just never been in the right place at the right time.

A great haul, congratulations! They may be old hybrids, but their quality and form hold their own easily against newer generations. Yay old and round, just like me!

Nice haul, I like the Salty and the Aragon best. Who is this nursery, anybody commonly known?

This nursery produced cut flowers for the local market and their own flower shop. But now they are producing seasonal potted plants. Their orchid department is nearly shut down. In a few month there will be nearly no orchid left I guess. :(
In the past years I tried to buy Paphs from this nursery some times but I never succeded. They didn't sell the interesting plants. This time I had some luck ...

looking at some past posts(2014)----very attractive---Aragon looks very good---My Aragon `Katherine' and `ANN' are just opening.
Yes old and round.

If I remember correctly your 'Katherine' and 'Ann' are really sunning clones! Please post pics when they are open this year!

I didn't get any flower of this Aragon since then because this plant (as many Paphs out of this old nursery) had really serious problems with some strange rot. It its recovering slowly.
