This one took me by surprise. I didn't even know that it was in bud. While it is a named clone, the label is so faded that I can't read it anymore. Its supposed to be variegated, but the variegation only shows on the newest growth. Then it fades to barely noticeable. I have desperately tried to determine a fragrance...best I can notice is very faint. Maybe as it ages...

I love it!

Interesting that you didn't even know it was in bud. Same with mine, one day I looked at it and there were several spikes -- I hadn't noticed anything the day before!

Cool! Lovely flowers. Got a whole-plant photo?

I have a lot of Chinese Cyms in flask but all they do is produce protocorms/rhizomes. Rather irritating. Sadly, the ensifolium seed I got is yet to germinate. Any Cym breeders lurking here? Is it possible to deflast proto-rhizomes???

Here's a whole plant shot. I would have posted it yesterday, but it takes a year and a day for Imageshack to load.
