Cymbidium goeringii × Cymbidium Voodoo

This is the first Cymbidium Exeter Carnelian I purchased from The Tiny Jungle many years ago at this point. I also have a "selected" clone from another source, but I think this one is just as nice in its own ways.

This hybrid is easy to grow and bloom for me, so I'm quite happy with it. It's a very small growing Cymbidium, like a jumbo C. goeringii but it stays short enough to easily fit under lights. The presentation is gorgeous.

This is a bit of an unusual time of year for this to bloom, meaning it's the first time it's bloomed in the heart of summer. The spike originally had 4 buds, but 2 blasted, leaving 2 wonderful, proportionally large flowers to grow. The flowers are faintly scented, it's very pleasant.
