It is probably easier to go with bigger plants than freshly deflasked ones, though. When I started with Cyps, I tried twice from Spangle Creek. Only two or so are still surviving out of 35 or so after 3-4 years... I'm recently getting bigger ones to practice before going back to deflasked seedlings.
 
Try Gardens Of The Blueridge in Pineolo, NC.
They have all of our native orchids of the high country. They keep the cyps in individual bags in refrigeration to mail out in the spring.
