I didn't know about this book. Surely, it is pricey. These books with low number prints are likely to go up in price, and it is probably difficult to find an "affordable" copy. I'm guessing that it is written in German. Is it right?

I'm not aware of a digital copy...
There's not enough feedback to invest so much on the book.
I think I'll end up building my own picture library.

The original volume presented to the public for the first time at the WOC in Vancouver in 1999, and subsequently a year later at EOC in Copenhagen, has been reduced in size to 30 cm x 20 cm for convenience, in digital print of outstanding quality.
