Love that plant. Its as reliable as a sunset, and as hardy as a rock.

Now called Prosthechea citrina. :)

According to The International Orchid Register, it's considered a natural hybrid. It doesn't mention the possible parents.

A beautiful plant and easy to flower and grow.;)
 
I tried to import some of these to Australia, but they died with the methyl bromide. I will try some again next year

Don't bother importing Brett (Its just mass murder), Ive got some divisions of mine on the way and I will self one next spring.

There were two different plants of this species at the show, and one was pulled for judging. It was the larger of the two plants that were exhibited side by side. These have a marvelous citrus fragrance and heavy substance.
