Anyone has Eumelia Arias? Wondering if yours prefer a brighter light 40% shade or lower light? Thanks.

my personal feeling is the more light the better the plant and flowers. Just lower the light levels when the leaves become too yellow. Also less light with high temperatures.

So I asked because it has 50% schlimii. I understand that schlimii and besseae are "shade preferred" phrags.
If they are hybrids do they not matter as much?

it's a Pk hybrid. It needs cool, moist, temps, you can up the lighting if you can provide those conditions. I found a spot on my shelves that doesn't get much sun, so it's cool. I have artificial lighting and with the fans and spraying it looks just like the mountains of Peru.
