My family members are moving like Han Solo Millennium Falcon, so see below the result and pls give me advice what to do with poor Phal:

You don't NEED to do anything. You can cut them off at the break if it really bothers you, but they'll callous over and be fine. It is a weak point so watch for infection, but personally I'd only remove any portion that's dangling and just accept the unattractive
 
I had something similar happen to one of my phals this year when a picture fell off the wall and bonked it. If the cuts are fresh you can protect it with cinnamon. It's probably okay though. My plant is fine a few months in, though might be skipping blooming this year.

Yes, indeed the mix probably older, I did not repotted since I bought it a few months ago. I wait until spring time, the weather here is look like Chicago cold but dry. The sun shining from 8 to 5. Thank you for your comment!
