Thanks everyone. The reason I didn't compot is because I didn't want to have to separate them out again when they get too crowded. I do have them in a plastic box that a open a few times a day. I'll give an update in a few weeks!

Very well done!! Hope they turn out well. This is a controversial species with the mixing of Paph Bruno ‘Model’ but regardless they will all look like spicerianum whether or not they are pure species is another question
That is why I want to know the breeder...I won't buy seedlings of this species unless I have seen the flowers. A mess out there now for sure but not all of them in the market are hybrid.
I am not saying Dan's plants are not true species, just want to clarify that.

Yes I know of the Bruno controversy. For what its worth, the listing said it was a cross of two old jungle collected plants... Guess we will have to see how several of them bloom out to make any sort of conclusion
Were they shipped from Chicago? If so, I bet they’re Terry Parker’s plants and if he says “jungle-collected,” you can believe they’re the real deal. I’ve been to his greenhouse space many times. If you are in Chicago and get a chance, go! He revered space at Orchids by Hausermann in Villa Park and sells excellent flasks.

I’m staggered that you got a spike only a year on from flask. Wow.

Honestly... can't remember. Guess we'll see if they are real!

They came pretty big! Also I think this species can be really weedy!

Yeah I have a cast-off spicerianum that will throw three new fans per growth, per year; its flowers are genetically screwed up so that its dorsal is crooked and never folds but I keep it because I know it's pure and I do cultural experiments on it. I don't know how fast the Brunos grow but you're right, a spicerianum can really race. Congratulations!
