The Habenaria are coming out. This is a mature Habenaria Medusa. The tuber is appropriately 3 inches from what I recall during repotting.
These are lovely. Don't let the current size fool you. They can grow large easily reaching 2.5 feet or more with the flower spikes. If you grow under lights these will need a bright window once they spike. Mine grew into the lights last year when we went away for a long vacation.
