We never fully appreciate what's in our own backyard, but if it wasn't about as far across town as possible from me I'd probably stop in monthly. It is no longer Acker's by the way, simply 'Orchids Greenhouse and Nursery'. I haven't heard how the change came about, but at least Chuck still appears to be involved.

Chuck is still very much involved. He seems to have weathered the transition (I had email from him the other day.)

I had heard that the sale went thru & it was pretty much a done deal with plans of expanding & a website which would include online sales. I hope things continue to go well.
