This time I'll update on the vietnamense that I have told you about before, a short recap:
flasks received March 2012, planted in flats and plants potted up one year ago, in January 2013. How many buds do you see?

9 plus a bloom. Are you going commcerial now!

I think you're right Rick, should be 9. No I am not going commercial, although have some attempts to get rid of surplus here in Norway. Unfortunately the market for these things here is close to none so guess I will keep most of them myself. I have some 40-50 plants in total i recon so 10 flowers after 20 months should be a good speed:p

I should start corsiing them.
Mine blasted and my viet X hang too.
This is so unfair.

I counted nine including the one flower almost open. I love the way you
show-off, Bjorn! I wish there was a way: I'd buy several of them.

Thanks, (Angela was it?). If I could, You should have got one;) I grow them in a mix that is made almost entirely of marble chips. Obviously that is what they want.

Angela it is, Bjorn. Marble chips is an interesting way to grow them. I
use Orchiata and hydroton on most Paphs. and it seems to suit my greenhouse conditions. Is marble a neutral medium?

great achievement ,if your mix is only marble what humidity level you have in the grow area? I think considerable high.
