I got this division from Tom a few years back... this is actually the first time it's bloomed for me.

Very Nice! And speaking of longifolium album, A few weeks ago, I crossed Eric Young flavum (made by Tom Kalina when he crossed this loingifolium album to a besseae flavum) to one of our tetraploid besseae flavums. Hopefully I will get some all yellow Don Wimbers!

Robert,

I was hoping the pure yellow Don Wimber could be accomplished in one generation, but it looks like your (EY flavum x bess flavum 4N) is the way to go.....

Dodidoki,

Unfortunately, I do not travel on a regular basis to the EU and lack the F&W permits to bring anything over anyway. You might check out Orchid Inn's website. Sam bought a compot or two of our selfing of 'Fox Valley Mint' and grew them in Hawaii; some are near blooming size. I know he has CITES export permits for them so there's no reason he couldn't bring a few pre-ordered before his next trip to the EU. Check out his website for the info.
