Cannot manage with sphagnum moss, the Paph form the pictures is struggling, the media is seramis with moss.
I noticed that brown, unplaesant thing…
Probably I have to repot in bark with perlite?
The media is drying very slowly….

It may have been planted a bit too deeply, so will likely lose that leaf, but don't despair, it otherwise looks OK.

Whatever medium you use, is should stay constantly moist (not soppy) and airy.
