That photo was probably lifted from Stephen's website, http://www.slipperorchids.info/ Stephen put people's names on the photos when they donated them (if they weren't already labeled). Don't know whether it's fair use or not from his website.

Matt , that was my thoughts, too. I think you need permission regardless.

Absolutely! Stephen has permission to use photos given to him, but they are not for anyone else's use without permission from the Photographer. Fair use is not for profit.
