Got a bit of a burr in your saddle Paul? I tried to push correct terminology in the past but many don't care what the proper nomenclature is. One of my favorites is Paph primulinum alba. Not only is the use of alba wrong but the species is Paph primulinum which was unique in that the albinistic form was the original description so alba/album isn't part of the name. The only other form of Paph primulinum is var. purpurascens.
