Great flower and display. The only slight negative I can see is that the flowers are spaced a little closely on the spike. I believe that environmental factors such as light and temperature can make a difference. If so, it might be just perfect some day. Mike

I hope so. It did started to clump as they came out. First picture. The stem went up tall but the spacing growth was not proportional. I think it was nutrition so i adjusted a bit and i think it is working as the fifth bud is moving up, stem is now longer than the previous spacings. This is the first bloom and it is shooting up six buds, rare for stonei's.

Excessive touching, light intensity, swaying in breeze, rubbing against clips or stakes, etc will also shorten the internodes.

WOW, WOW, WOW.

That is the best hybrid I have seen since Paphioland's Kemp Towers. Really wide sepals. Great colour as well. And you still have two more buds to open. You have a special clone. AM quality at least. Look after it.

I like the backlit photo. Gives it real punch.

artistic license aside..still would like to see the front as if I were viewing it live with the light coming from behind me..come to think of it ..the back also

I love everything about it. The dorsal and ventral look so proportionate! Crazy good. And 6 flowers/ buds on a first bloom? This could be a very special plant
