I wouldn't rush to change your tags.....at least with Laelia sincorana as the epithet people will understand what the plant is.

You know, it's different when you have to register plants for shows. You have to use the "new" names. But among orchidists, it's a different story.
Bill Porter and I laugh over the idea of Sophronitis coccinea being a Cattleya -- we ask each other, "How do we grow it now???" :rollhappy:

Me either but what do you call it? Cattleya?- obviously not.- Laelia? no- they're Mexican.- Sophronitis? crazy. We need a totally new name!! Or maybe we should go back to the old days and call everthing Epidendrum.
