large-flowered Brazilian cattleyas (laelias)

I know this is a slipper forum but the best flowers lately in the greenhouse have been non-pouched varieties...as much as I would like a whole bench dedicated to these showy species, there is room for only these. They all bloomed this year though! I credit the LED light primarily.

In order:

tenebrosa 'Pololei Wine'. Large dark flowers with reddish tones. Not sure why it is wonky. This is the first blooming after a repot, so maybe flatter next year. Currently holding a pod...

tenebrosa 'The Prince'. From SBOE, a selfing of 'Fumacina'. Medium bronze flowers. Not very large, but this is the first blooming in a number of years.

purpurata fma. sanguinea 'Hot Nights' AM. One of my favorite color forms, and this one has really great shape.

purpurata fma. flamea 'Nancy' FCC. Huge plant and huge flowers.

lobata 'Jeni' AM. Love this color. It was more pinkish in real life. Grows like a weed, but this is the first blooming in a number of years.

The RHS just awarded the lobata ‘Jenni’ with an AM/RHS and a CCM/RHS when I was there at the UK Birmingham show.

wow that is an amazing specimen! Hopefully I can keep mine undisturbed for a couple years, and see if we can't get some more flowers. I'm counting I think 6 on each of the two larger spikes?

It was 5-4-3… yours can do that too! Maybe a couple years.
