Light questions

These are hybrids from Ecuagenera. These are getting too low light I'm guessing? what fc do y'all shoot for? I was at Ecuagenera recently and it was super low around 500 fc or something. So that was confusing to me.. Also, do you measure light from middle of plant I'm guessing?

What brand of lights do y'all use as well?

I read 856.3 FC and 77 °F.

That would be roughly 120-130 peak photon flux density, which would good for Phrags, even a bit high for many Paphiopedilums, but too low for Cattleyas.

I just started using some of the Barrina strip lights and for ease of use at least, they are amazing so far. Magnetic so they just stuck right on the underside of my metal shelves and off we went. They come with other attachment options.
I just need a little supplemental S/E/W window light…

Got them over my new little guys so time will tell…
