Mealy bugs, should I be more aggressive at this stage?

Paphiopedilum Tomiko Moon (Moon Stone x Tomatillo) plant about a week after the last treatment. The lip seems deformed probably due to the stress it’s been through. Also the area it was isolated was a bit drier. 3 1/2 inch flower.
