No, it's not fully opened.
The red color commes from the camera flash. The pouch is a brown color.

Honestly, this is my first paph that had a bud and then bloomed at home. I am kind of a newbie with paphs.

We’ll you’re doing great but I have to recommend against disturbing a plant that’s in the process of opening. Moving and touching it. Maybe I’m superstitious or extreme but I would avoid it. Can’t wait to see it in a week!

So far the flower isn't really open.....but the visible colouration is nice and intense.
