I made some update to Windows and now I can't get ST to give me my old configuration, which was newest post at the top and older ones on the way down. I tried to change the configuration with Linear newest first but it's apparently stucked with posts from yesterday and today all jumbled in the first page. Anyone has a suggestion?:(

Yes! And, that's when the problem started. It seems that cookies get stuck in the program and I have to manually get rid of them.

My goal is to have 100% Firefox (or non-IE) users on the forum. :) Resistance is futile. :) And you'll thank yourselves. Honestly, though, it is a superior browser IMO.

Uh oh, Ernie, we may have to take your Steve Jobs status away from you...:poke:

Actually, if I didn't have to use safari for work, firefox would be my choice.

Have a sweet i7 combined core laptop at work with Win7 and FF. Works great. Mrs. Jobs' laptop has a decent AMD premium Vision processor, Win7 and FF. Same result.

Is there some benefit to using Firefox over Safari? I have it installed, but don't use it. It looks to "Windows-ish" to me. I like the basic look of Safari. The GUI in Firefox is trying to hard.

Man, you are so demoted...

I'm used to safari and prefer it to firefox, chrome, etc. But if my only other choice was Exploiter, I'd probably go with FF. That's what I was trying to say earlier. And I have to use Safari, but I like it, so I'm cool.

Some say others are faster.

I have heard that Safari is full of security holes, at least when not used on a Mac. I really love the latest Firefox...very streamlined and fast.
