New paphs with rust and brownish leave

I received cheaper paphs from eBay, neglected old substrate, inappropriate one - orchipon (water retentive media). And some rust and brownish tip of leave are present. Do I overthinking or some desaese is present really?

it is just the mechanical damage or an old wound. Don't need to worry about it.
