I suspected. Still delightful. I have seen plants marketed as var nigritum - are you saying that in reality the coloratum type of nigritum essentially doesn't really exist in cultivation? nigritum is a name that was applied to dark barbatum in the trade, but it has nothing to do with the original nigritum, which came from Borneo specifically. There are some rare photos of real nigritum on internet, most on Japanese websites...I suspected. Still delightful.
