Non orchid flower ID request

Hello all,

My site manager at the greenhouses in southeastern PA sent me these images, wondered if I knew what they might be or if any of my plant friends might know. I think they are near his apartment near where we work. I'd never seen anything like them.

Genus Ipomopsis, probably Ipomopsis rubra, native in much of eastern North America though really only common in TX, OK, FL.
