I know of a Canadian vendor that will ship to the US... they have it on sale for $41 right now. I get books from them all the time. Here's the link:

you could try orchidbooks.com I purchased my copy from them a couple of months back for about $40. Purchased many books from them before without a single problem

Note they are Canadian not American but shipping should not be a problem
