I didn't even know this on was in spike. Found it in bloom this AM.

That's a pretty oncidium species. It's hard to tell from the photo but it looks like it's a fairly small grower. Is that correct? Also is it fragrant?

I haven’t noticed a fragrance. It is a very compact grower. Base of the plant to leaf tip is 3-3.5” at most
