The filming crew and producer were at the greenhouse for 4 hours doing interviews. I thought they were doing a documentary!

what? it took 4 hours to make a 3 minute clip? were they buying orchids crazy like i would while they were doing the interviews? it was nice seeing you again, tom (not in person though). i gotta make a trip to chicago sometimes soon.

Hi Wei,

It took a long time for the interview, but I'm pretty pleased with the result. I think it takes lot of talent to edit this kind of thing to come up with something that flows this well. A lot of people in the Chicago area watch the 9 pm news on channel 9, so hopefully this will translate into more of them visiting the range and getting hooked on slippers. Always nice to see you in the greenhouse; do you think you'll be able to make the Chicagoland Orchidfest in Sept?

Oh TOM!!! That is what I needed to see man, I have tears in my eyes!! Of all the things from Chicago....I miss that place most. It was my weekly serenity trip away from it all....You hit it on the head needing something to get away from it all.....I can't wait to get back and visit. some of my family...not so much...Fox Valley/Hausermanns....for sure!! and what's that heavy thing you were wearing....is that a jacket?? hahahaha!! Miss you man!!!

Maybe!. I am kindda stuck in Taiwan at the moment. If I return to Ohio before Fall, I will definitely go to Chicagoland Orchidfest. Hope to see you soon.
