That's beautiful and very well grown from what I can see of the plant. How long have you had it? I see Koopman Orchids is offering divisions of this plant and I've been considering adding it to my collection.

I received this plant on 6 January 2017 in a single fan (now in clump, about 6-8 fans), quite easy to grow. This is the long awaited first bloom, bloomed right on Mid-Autumn Festival.
