Another first flowering from Hung Sheng. Deflasked 2018. Not as dark as I hoped for but a flowering anitum nonetheless. The third photo is in natural light.

Not as dark as I hoped
I was told by a Taiwanese grower - but I am sceptical - that the high the altitude they are grown at, the darker the colour. I'm not about to test the theory by taking my plants up the closest mountain.

I have both growing in the same conditions and the anitum is dark green and with a bluish hint.

Not suggesting anything, it's quite possible there's variation among species or even maybe my source is untrue (yet to flower).
