This particular clone has the color and flower size that I am hoping/looking for....unfortunately, I could not capture the color well with my phone camera--that means the flower looks better in person. I am very happy to have this little species in my collection. It has the lowii effect but the plant is tiny.
The flower is almost 3.5" and it is still developing. The plant is 6" across.

It's a great species. I don't grow it, but I've always liked it. I have the same issue with my phone's camera. It can take decent photos, but it's terrible with indoor plant pics and I rarely ever seem to be able to capture the beauty of things like they deserve. But something is better than nothing and it's nice to see and share pics.
