This was purchased as Paph Barbi-Doll (barbigerum x fairrieanum). It's growing in a 2 1/4 inch pot.

The color on the left most flower looks really nice --

I'm wondering the same as Likepaphs. Wonderful bloom and growth habit Ross. It looks like the correct ID to me.

I agree!

Here's one example that makes me wonder. I remember others, but can't find them at the moment. The color and growth habit of the leaves remind me more of helenae, also.
That's because we have too much helenae on the brain! :p
That reference pic, IMO, has more fairrie influence with the bold color of helenae. In the case of Barbi Doll it's lookin' kinda 50/50.

..... I might still do it with album parents.
 That could be quite interesting!

hi Ross,

great growing , fantastic job ,
i'm pretty sure it's a Paph. Barbi-Doll because with helenae
the color setting would be more vivid yellow, green, orangy
barbigerum tends to breed less color full ,
but I wish i had bench full of your Barbi-Doll's
where did you purchase the plant ?
what are you planning to cross with this beauty ?
Happy thanksgiving to you and your family

The plant came from Oak Hill a few years ago. They have been reluctant breeders, but I do have a couple groups of seedlings with this cross as a parent growing, now.

hi Ross,

thanx for your quick reply, the fact that you mentioned they came from Oak hill
let's me to believe that the plants originated from Holland , from Klinge nursery
they supply a lot of plants to Piping Rock orchids and Oak hill, they were among
the first to hybridize and sibcross Paph. helenae and Paph. barbigerum
