Gold Country Orchids never replied, but I did get one
from another source. Paph. Bruno 'Model.' Two plus
growths. Plus some Pleiones. So that worked out.
All is well.

Thats a few cities over from me Iol.. I'm gonna hit them up tomorrow, what did they charge?

You need an appointment, so call first. Doesn't have that
many Paphs. Or didn't when last I was there. He used to
be the go-to-guy for Masdevallia.

I'd rather not say on price.

I spent 100 on an hcc awarded small division from alan kotch, it was 2 growths 1 in bloom but I cut it off to save the plant, it lost that growth but the other growth hunkered down and rooted. I took a picture after I cut it uugghh I was more interested in saving it at the time, I can post the pic here if you want to see it

.. did it have an hcc or awarded?

I don't know. I didn't ask. I just wanted a super charged
spicerianum that was a good grower. The CCM was enough for me.
I certainly didn't pay $100.

I don't know how accurate AOS Orchids Plus, database is but they only
list for Paph Bruno 'Model' one HCC back in 1965. One AM in 2001 exhibited by
Woodstream in Maryland. There is another AM in 1978 awarded in Atlanta for the clone
Paph. Bruno 'Too Goo.'

As far as the AM/RHS goes that is so far back that unless my great-
great-grandfather personally stole it from the Royal Hort. I'd
discount the provenance of any offer with AM/RHS suffix.
