Lovely flower, huge in comparison with the plant. But maybe I'm wrong the plant dosn't look very luckily, at least at the first sight. Maybe you should cut the flower quickly.

The plant seems to be doing fine. Good roots and two new shoots. The leaves are on on the pale side on both my plants.

The light is a bit too much in the Picture I guess
and the lower leaf on the left side is from an old Growth that is almost gone.

And as to the flower: seems to be of real nice size (at least when judging from the plant/flower-ratio)...and I especially like the saturated colouring of the lip, the nice, almost upright stance of the dorsal and that endearing, brown-reddish stripe on the dorsal!
