Paph charlesworthii

It really is hard to go past a good charlesworthii. An oldie but a favourite for sure. Quite easy to grow and flower too, especially in a warm temperate climate.

My experience with charlesworthiis are not warm temperate but rather cool winters and warm summers. And I never let it dry too long.

I usually give most of my Paphs a fairly dry winter, particularly micranthum and armeniacum. I must admit though these ones still do quite well out in the shade house with natural rain all winter.

This is another gorgeous flower .... even if the flower is bigger and rounder than the first one.... I would prefer the first one by her proportions. Just my personal taste.

I don’t disagree. I prefer the smaller more compact forms

Maybe too humid? They are very much at home here in our dry climate.

One final form. This one has really intense colour. I quite like the white peak too.

Kevin, all are lovely ones .... but nevertheless I would stay by my choice and would buy (as a customer) #1.
