Oh yes, that makes sense to me...send Paphs to "Penang, Malaysia..d home of fabulous paphs"

I'll make you a better deal - besseae hybrid compots for 'hard to acquire' paphs!

That sounds good! and you could mark the box gifts, dolls & that would be right on!

6 months and $50,000 Fine?!?!

I doubt if anyone will fine you.
Just from the look of the list you are already in the poor house.
Maybe the government will feel sorry & send you some money for food.:poke:

Hahahaha.. Besseae hybrids for hang and other species (not sure if jackii can be found bach home..) sure sounds like a good trade-off... :D

It is a crazy world.
Orchids should definitely be in the list of INTERNALTIONAL FREE TRADE ITEMS.
Eric like hang & hard to get paphs where we are etc..You like besseae, & hard to find phrags where you are.
One person with shirt but allowed no pants, the other with pants and no shirt.
If allowed to trade freely, both of you would have the complete ensembles.

Now, Eric, if I remember correctly, you stopped the bidding on Chrystele at $50 shy of the final bid :poke: at Frank's place. :)

I didn't get anything either. I'm still smarting from the 1/3 loss in my greenhouse while I was in Poland for 3 months and am busy trying to save the oldest plants that still have some green left.

I feel your pain of losing 1/3 of the collection.
You did not have anyone to take care of the plants for 3 months?

My wallet was bleeding at that point anyway; I got plenty of other stuff though! :p
Sorry to hear about the loss of such a big chunk of your collection. Please share w/ us so we can try to avoid similar situations!
