I have been told it comes from a special colony where there is only this variety. High secret kept on exact location by the collector...
No matter, now there are many seedlings available, and it's not hard to grow. I just feel it needs a little more heat than regular one, and very well drained media.

A great one have a seedling of sanderianum X vinicolor baught, but the leave are not so dark as expected. But after a year they are bigger then my normal delnatii

I don't know Rick. H. Perner claims delenatii has been found in very south China as well as, N. Viet making it legal for him to export.

The buds are extremely dark as they develop Dot. What you are probably seeing is bleed through from the backside.
